How we handle your information

Payvora provides ordering software to restaurants. This policy covers the Payvora guest app and the Payvora software used by restaurant staff.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, and the phone number or email you sign in with.
- Order information. What you ordered, any notes to the kitchen, the table and restaurant, and the time.
- Device information. Basic technical data such as app version and device type, used to keep the app working.
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.
Card payments
Where card payment is offered, it is handled by a regulated payment provider. Card numbers are entered directly with that provider and are never sent to or stored on Payvora's systems.
How we use it
- To send your order to the right kitchen and show you its progress.
- To give the restaurant the order history for its own tables.
- To keep the service secure, diagnose faults, and improve how it works.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
The restaurant you ordered from can see your order and the name on it. Our hosting and payment providers process data on our behalf under contract. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account details are kept while your account is open. Order records are kept while the restaurant needs them for its own accounting and tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its history. Write to privacy@payvora.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and detaches your order history from you; the restaurant may keep anonymised sales records it is legally required to hold.
Children
Payvora is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you, tell you in the app.

Payvora is a tool for placing orders with a restaurant. Your order, the food, its price and its preparation are the restaurant's responsibility — Payvora carries the order between you and them.
- Use the service lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt it or access other people's orders.
- Prices, availability and any service charges are set by the restaurant and shown before you confirm.
- Questions about a specific order, a refund, or the food itself go to the restaurant that prepared it.
- The service is provided as-is; we work to keep it available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
